Extensive external works were required including highway works to create a new store road system with roundabout, the decommissioning and reconstruction of a Petrol Filling Station (PFS) on brownfield land acquired from Network Rail. The second phase also saw the installation of a dry cleaner's unit in the newly extended store. Midas' design responsibility on this traditional contract included the design of the steel frame connections, the sprinkler and refrigeration systems, and the roofing and cladding. GIA = 61,235 ft², sales floor area = 31,316 ft², mezzanine floor area = 2,605ft²
