Midas Group Appoints New Framework Manager
Driving growth by building strong partnerships is a key priority of Midas Group’s new Framework Manager.
Sarah James recently joined Midas, one of the UK's largest independent construction and property services providers, and is keen to support and further expand the company’s extensive list of framework agreements.
Frameworks provide the opportunity for Midas to win repeat business and further its strategy to build long-term relationships. They simplify the procurement route by connecting customers with the industry’s leading contractors and add value through early contractor involvement.
Sarah James, Framework Manager for Midas Group, said: “Frameworks involve building strong relationships and thoroughly understanding the requirements of our customers, which is pivotal to our high-quality delivery across all of our projects.
“There are exciting advances happening with current and potential frameworks and I’m really looking forward to playing a key part in the growth of the business through the development of these strong relationships.”
In the last three years alone Midas has delivered 75 projects valued at £368 million through framework agreements and strategic partnerships, across a range of sectors including education, residential, and retail. Among the national and regional frameworks linked to Midas are the SCF and Department for Education Construction Framework. The Group’s specialist residential business, Mi-space, has also recently announced its involvement in a number of other frameworks; including the London Housing Corporation H1 framework, to carry out housing development schemes across the South West of England and South Wales; and Cornwall Council Construction Framework, as sole contractor to design and build housing developments across the county.
